1.- How to start?

The implementation of the system is extremely simple, just go to www.deliveryby.com and continue to register, the system will automatically guide you. Click the orange button that marks "Start for free in 60 seconds". You don’t have to put your credit card at any moment nor download any software, the entire process is managed online and from your browser.

Once registered, the system operation runs from the "Main dashboard", where you will receive and manage your orders.

It is recommended that you try the system by creating your store with at least one product, then pretend to be a buyer and try to shop online and by phone and simulate to accept these purchases to understand how the circuit works.


2.- How to apply a custom domain to my online store?

If you wish to use your own domain instead of the URL that DeliveryBy provides, you can check out the cost of the service at the following link: http://www.deliveryby.com/page/pricing

To start setting up your custom domain, you need to pay the subscription of the service *: Go to your panel> Settings> Monthly Plans> Custom domain -> Subscribe

* Important: As Deliveryby.com is a Google App, you can see the process of adding your own domain to your site at the following link: https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/using-custom-domains-and-ssl

You must have the ownership of the domain you want to apply. Make sure to to be able to add CNAME and TXT records.

The following formats are valid:

http://xxxxxxxxxxx.com.uk (with extension to any country) and / or subdomains:

http://yyyyyyyyy.xxxxxxxxxxx.com

The following formats are not valid:

This process could take 3-7 working days and requires some parameters set in your domain provider. Once received the  payment subscription we'll send you instructions.

 

 

3.- How do you charge for your services, how much does the system cost?

You’ll pay for your services through PayPal.

4.- My caller ID isn't working, or should I add some hardware to my computer?

In order to manage your orders through Deliveryby.com, there is no need to add any hardware to your computer.

The phone assistance system is operated from the “Call center” module.

If you have a phone with caller ID, proceed as follows: If a customer calls, you read the number in your device, type it on the form and the system will automatically load the customer data found in its database. If the customer is calling for the first time, you should manually load it in the system.

5.- I'm interested in the partners program, how does it work? and, how should I charge to my customers?

If you operate as a partner, you are an intermediary between our services and your clients. Every customer that visits our site through you, doesn't know about our existence. You pay for them, and, at the same time, you charge them for the services you want to offer, for example: custom designs, hosting, custom domains, etc.

What you pay for them, is the same they'll be paying if they were Deliveryby's direct customers, feel free to check the details in our pricing scheme:

This means that the WL service is completely free, because you only pay once you charge to your customers. The partners site, and the whole system is offer to you for free, without any monetary investment from your part.

Not knowing how much you pay for them, you are free to charge whatever you consider appropriate, Deliveryby does not intervene in your pricing system.

For example, if you have a customer who receive less than 20 orders a day, then you will not pay a dime for him,  because you will keep him in a free plan, but you can charge US$40 per month for the use of the software (or the price of your choice).

If your client receives up to 60 orders a day, you must pay for him U$S20 monthly, and you can charge him whatever you want.

It is important that you generate a partner account, and then enter as if you were another user registering an account on your site. Besides, it is also important that you simulate to be your own customer to understand how the dynamic works.

 

 

6.- How to apply a custom domain to my partners site?

If you get the custom domain service for your partners site, then you'll be owner of a site just like Deliveryby.com, but with your own brand. This is a very powerful strategy.

7.- Can I setup a printer to print orders?

The printing option is done through the printing system of your browser. Any printer you have set to your computer can be used. The print settings must be done in the browser, not in our system.

 

 

8.- If I give a phone number, can a representative from the company call me?

We are sorry not to be able to respond to you inquiries by phone, as we are an international customers support and it is mandatory for us to respond in writing. Please make your inquiries through the form for this purpose or via direct mail to: admin@deliveryby.com.

 

 

9.- Can I apply custom designs to my online store?

You can apply custom designs to your Deliveryby store, go to advanced settings in your dashboard > Template Manager.

 

 

10.- Can I use Deliveryby in my country? - In which countries Deliveryby operates?

Deliveryby.com is a global service, multilingual and self-management. It operates worldwide. If your language is not available, you can request its addition.

 

 

11.- What happens if I receive more orders than those provided for my plan?

Orders will keep coming, but they'll not show the customers data until you upgrade your plan.

 

 

12.- I can't find how to integrate my Facebook Store with my White Label stores.

For the moment the integration module for Facebook stores is only available for Deliveryby stores. It is not a service that White Label partners can offer.

 

 

13.- How can I integrate my online store with my web page?

It is highly recommended to add a "Buy Online" button, linked to the assigned URL provided to you by Deliveryby.

Alternatively, you can use and promote your domain: deliveryby.com/YOURSTORE.

Or else, use the widgets module that is in your dashboard.

 

 

14.- I don't understand the difference between options and variants.

15.- The free plan is up to 20 orders a day, is calculated in monthly or daily basis?

Daily, this means that orders are not cumulative. If one day you made 10 orders, that doesn't mean that the next day you can take 30. If one day in particular you are expecting to take more than 20 orders, it is recommended to buy a better plan.

 

 

16.- Why it is so important that my phone customers place their orders through my online store?

This system integrates your online sales with your phone orders. It is very important that you lead your customers so they start using the online store, that way you'll save a lot of time by not having to register new customers and orders. When a user place his order online, it makes it much easier for your company and it significantly reduces the possibility of making expensive mistakes.

However, your customers are not used to this process. We encourage you to motivate your customers to order on-line.

If you don’t offer on-line discounts, your customers will continue calling. In order to do this, use our "Promo codes" tool and offer on-line discounts via Facebook, Twitter, TV and radio advertisements, etc. It is very important to advertise a promo daily through various social media. It is convenient for you and your customers.

Example: Create a 10% discount using a “Virgin Radio” code.
